The worst! Ordered 10/12, got email to say item despatched 14/12, but to date 23/12 Hermes courier says they haven't got it. Sports Direct tell me Hermes haven't collected it. All I get is automated responses that it will be delivered in 2 days. This was a Christmas present for my son. They still continue to advertise to order for delivery by Christmas. Disgusting, greedy company!

I paid 100% more for a pair of walking poles bought online. When they arrived they had a 50%discount sticker. I bought these during lockdown, when Sports Direct shops were closed, so I couldn't buy them in store.
This is the company that tried to force their workers into stores during the first lockdown, arguing that they were offering an essential service.
I've seen dozens of other reviews from people who've had the same experience.
I've contacted several national newspapers and consumer groups and would urge you to do the same.

Rude and lazy Staff! Require training.
We bought joggers and after the transition gone through i saw it was an offer for 2 of them. So i asked nicely if I can add one so it becomes an offer. She says no its against the policy after the transaction. We said that's fine give us the refund and we will buy those joggers again in a different transaction. She was happy to give refund but refused to do the sale again as per her its against the policy. When we asked her where is written that policy she has no answer and carry on arguing with no reason!

I ordered new golf shoes from Sports Direct based on very good pricing - about 20% cheaper than other online retailers. My only criticism was the courier used by Sports Direct is Fastway and they lost my product twice!

Ordered two pairs of boots on overnight delivery. Received email to say due to warehouse error they would be a day late but would be sent email when dispatched and would get free delivery on next order. Didn't hear anything for three days, then email from courier to say parcel was on its way, followed by an email saying my order had been dispatched. Unfortunately by then I was away for a few days so missed the courier. Email received from courier to say delivery would be next working day, but then didn't turn up for two days. Quality of boots is ok but arrived too late for walking holiday.


Products and price good but would have liked to return items to the store for a refund, rather than pay postage or get a credit note.

I ordered some joggers for my son & paid a delivery charge..but now to return them, as they don’t fit him,i have to pay postage again..no other place charges to return. Never ordering again

I payed for next day delivery and i didn't receive my item the next day.

Snug fit, so glad we went a size up from 6 to 7. Leather looks ok quality taking into account the price bracket. Hope the eyelets hold fast as other reviews have mentioned these breaking away. Time will tell. Strange there is no click and collect option.

I ordered few items for above 130 EUR.
I didn't get my parcel. After contacting Customer Support I got answer that my parcel get lost and they are sorry and promised me pay all back. After 4 months I still got no money and my case is CLOSED! I get no answer any more. What's wrong with you people?!
Do not order anything from this shop!
